Alaspan Syrup 100 ml is an antihistamine syrup whose main active ingredient is loratadine (usually 5 mg per 5 ml). It helps relieve allergic symptoms such as sneezing, runny or blocked nose, itchy or watery eyes, and skin itching/hives by blocking histamine, a chemical your body releases during allergic reactions.

How to Take:

• Route: Take by mouth, using the measuring device provided. Shake well before use. 

Dosage:

• Typical Dose: Follow your doctor’s prescription. Often, loratadine syrups are given once daily. 

• Children: Use only if prescribed; not recommended for children under 2 years without medical advice. 

• Missed Dose: Take as soon as you remember unless it’s almost time for the next dose — don’t double the dose.
